User Agreement
Welcome to B2BExpertzone. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") define the rules and guidelines for accessing and using the B2BExpertzone website (https://b2bexpertzone.com/) Refers to this complete User Agreement, including the User Application Form, attachments, and all applicable terms and conditions. Includes all documents incorporated by reference, such as: Illegal/Prohibited Content Policy Disclaimer Fraud Prevention Guidelines Contract Form/Bill Terms & Conditions Any additional policies or documents published by the Company from time to time. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed in New Delhi, India.

Advertising Banner
A promotional advertising feature provided on the Website. Allows Users to display graphical advertisements promoting their products or services. Each banner is linked directly to the User's website or designated web page.

Call Me Free (Click-to-Call) Service:
A communication service that enables Buyers to contact Sellers directly through the Website. Sellers can subscribe to receive enquiries from prospective buyers by purchasing calling credits. The Company may also provide this service on a promotional or trial basis. This feature is commonly referred to as Click-to-Call.

The Company
Refers to Infocom Network Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. Registered Office: Unit-410 & 411 B/D Lucknow India. Includes: B2BExpertZone and its related business units. Directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, associates, and strategic business partners.

Credit Report Service:
A paid third-party business verification service available to Users. Provides detailed information regarding another company or legal entity, including: Business ownership details Financial performance Trading history Creditworthiness Business stability and risk analysis

Customized Header Catalog:
A personalized version of the online product catalog. Allows Users to customize the visual appearance of their catalog. Standard platform features and functionalities remain unchanged.

Customized Website:
A business website solution provided by the Company. Enables Users to professionally showcase their products, services, and company profile online.

Service Activation Date:
The official date on which the subscribed service becomes active. Typically refers to the live publication or hosting of the User's products or services on the Website. The activation date will be communicated by the Company via email or other official communication.

Service Expiration Date:
The date on which the User's subscription or service period ends. The Company will notify the User through email or other official communication regarding the termination of the service.

Dial B2B Phone Search Service:
A complimentary telephone-based product search service offered by the Company. Helps Buyers connect with suitable Suppliers by calling the Company's toll-free number. The process includes: The Buyer submits a product enquiry via phone. A Company representative records the enquiry and contact information. The enquiry is forwarded to relevant Suppliers through email and/or SMS. Supplier details are shared with the Buyer to facilitate direct business communication.

Client
At B2BEXPERTZONE, we are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and trustworthy business marketplace. Users are strictly prohibited from hosting, displaying, uploading, publishing, transmitting, modifying, or sharing any content, data, information, products, or services that violate applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, the User represents, warrants, and agrees that they will not upload, publish, display, transmit, or share any content that:

Unauthorized Content
Belongs to another individual or organization without having the legal right, permission, or authorization to use or distribute it.

Offensive or Unlawful Material
Is harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, blasphemous, libelous, invasive of another person's privacy, or otherwise unlawful. Promotes or encourages money laundering, gambling, terrorism, violence, or any other illegal activity.

Intellectual Property Infringement
Violates or infringes upon any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, design right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights belonging to another individual or organization.

Violation of Applicable Laws
Breaches any local, national, or international law, regulation, rule, or government directive currently in force.

Fraudulent Schemes
Is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead other Users of the Platform. Forms part of any scam, phishing activity, or unlawful financial scheme.

Threatening or Offensive Content
Contains language, images, or communications that are abusive, offensive, intimidating, threatening, or likely to cause fear, distress, or public disorder.

Infringing Products or Services
Promotes, advertises, or facilitates the sale of products or services that violate the intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of third parties.

By accessing or using B2BEXPERTZONE, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The following provisions govern the relationship between the User and B2BEXPERTZONE.

The Company may also display such information across its affiliated platforms, promotional channels, and business networks where applicable. Users who wish to request the removal of their listings may contact the Company through the official customer support channels.

B2BEXPERTZONE reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in its services, business practices, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically, and continued use of the Platform after any updates have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, all modifications become effective immediately upon being posted on the B2BEXPERTZONE website.

Accuracy of Information
B2BEXPERTZONE makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and updated information on the Platform. However, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information, product details, or services provided by Users.

Marketplace Role
B2BEXPERTZONE acts only as an online platform that connects Buyers and Sellers. The Company does not participate in, control, or guarantee any transaction conducted between Users.

Product and Service Disclaimer
B2BEXPERTZONE does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding: Product quality or authenticity. Product ownership or legality. Pricing, availability, or market value. Merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. Services offered by any User.

User Verification Responsibility
The Company does not guarantee the identity, credibility, financial status, or business reliability of any User unless specifically verified through an official verification service. Users are responsible for independently verifying the credentials and details of Buyers or Sellers before entering into any transaction.

Verification Reports & Business Information
Any verification reports, business checks, or authentication services provided by B2BEXPERTZONE are intended only as reference tools. Such reports should not be considered as a guarantee, certification, or endorsement of any User's business activities.

Personal Information Disclaimer
B2BEXPERTZONE does not collect sensitive personal data or information except as permitted under its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

B2BEXPERTZONE services are available only to individuals and business entities that are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable laws. Any person who is considered incompetent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors, undischarged insolvents, or individuals restricted by law, is not eligible to register or use the Platform. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or become a registered member of B2BEXPERTZONE. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership and restrict access to the Platform if it is found that a User does not meet these eligibility requirements. Users whose accounts have previously been suspended or terminated by B2BEXPERTZONE shall not be permitted to access the Platform unless specifically authorized by the Company. For service improvement, quality monitoring, and internal training purposes, calls made by B2BEXPERTZONE representatives may be recorded periodically. Additionally, any changes, updates, or modifications made by Users to their account information, business profile, or submitted data through the Platform or verification processes may be recorded and maintained for future reference, security, and verification purposes.

Purpose of Business Ratings
Trade ratings are based on actual experiences and responses received by Users during business transactions. Buyers may provide ratings based on factors such as: Product quality. Service experience. Delivery performance. Overall transaction satisfaction. Sellers may rate Buyers based on factors such as: Ease of communication. Professional conduct. Timely payments. Overall transaction experience.

Responsible Use of Rating System
Users must use the rating system fairly, honestly, and responsibly. Users are strictly prohibited from: Creating fake ratings to increase their own business reputation. Using another User's account or multiple accounts to manipulate ratings. Posting false, misleading, or malicious feedback. Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate language. Any User found misusing the rating system may be subject to account restrictions or legal action where applicable.

Review and Removal of Ratings
B2BEXPERTZONE reserves the right to investigate, review, modify, or remove any rating or feedback that violates these Terms & Conditions. The Company may remove ratings without prior notice if they are found to be: Fake or fraudulent. Abusive or inappropriate. Submitted with malicious intent. Against Platform policies or applicable laws. The rating system supports freedom of expression; however, Users are encouraged to provide only genuine feedback based on actual business interactions.

Account Suspension Based on Ratings
B2BEXPERTZONE reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or restore any User account based on: Repeated negative feedback. Positive performance history. Misuse of the Platform. Investigation outcomes. Users may be cautioned before engaging with Buyers or Sellers whose accounts have been suspended. Once an account is suspended: Active business leads may be closed. Pending or uploaded trade leads may be removed.

Reporting Unfair Ratings
If a User believes that they have received an unfair rating or identifies misuse of the rating system, they may contact the designated Grievance Officer of B2BEXPERTZONE for review and resolution.

Limitation of Liability
B2BEXPERTZONE does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of ratings, reviews, feedback, or comments posted by Users. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any data, information, opinions, or content shared through the Business Rating system. Users are responsible for evaluating feedback and making independent decisions before entering into any business transaction.

Platform Services & Subscription Details

All applicable charges, subscription fees, and service pricing are displayed clearly on the Platform before any purchase or activation of paid services.

User Payment Obligations
Users are responsible for carefully reviewing the service details, pricing structure, and applicable charges before subscribing to any paid service. By purchasing any service from B2BExpertzone, Users agree to pay the applicable fees mentioned at the time of transaction.

Payment Process & Financial Terms

Buyer Accountabilities & Service Charges

Seller Pricing Obligations & Compliance
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate, clear, and transparent pricing information for their products and services. Sellers must ensure that all commercial terms, charges, and pricing details shared with Buyers comply with applicable laws and Platform guidelines. Any dispute arising due to incorrect pricing or misleading information shall be the responsibility of the concerned Seller.

External Service Providers & Billing Terms
Certain services or features available on the B2BExpertzone Platform may be provided through third-party service providers. Such services may have separate pricing structures, payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions governed by the respective providers. B2BExpertzone shall not be responsible for any billing disputes, payment failures, refunds, or service-related issues arising from third-party services.

Acceptance of Service Terms
By accessing or purchasing any paid service from B2BExpertzone, Users confirm that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted all applicable pricing details, payment conditions, and service policies. User Compliance & Accountability

Seller Compliance Responsibilities

Platform Rights & User Accountability
B2BExpertzone reserves the right to monitor, review, modify, restrict, or remove any content that may affect Platform security, user experience, or compliance requirements. Users remain fully responsible for the content they upload, share, or communicate through the Platform.

User Definition
The terms "User," "Customer," "You," or "Your" refer to any individual, business entity, company, or organization accessing, registering, or using the B2BExpertzone Platform and its related services.

All Users agree to use the B2BExpertzone Platform only for lawful business activities and must not misuse Platform features, submit misleading information, engage in fraudulent activities, or perform any action that may harm other Users or affect the security and reliability of the Platform.

User Feedback Definition
The terms "User," "Customer," "You," or "Your" refer to any individual, business, or entity using the B2BExpertzone Platform to submit reviews, ratings, comments, suggestions, or feedback regarding products, services, Sellers, or business interactions.

Any misuse of the review system, including fake reviews, rating manipulation, or inappropriate content, may result in removal of content, restriction of account access, or other actions as deemed necessary by the Company.

User Definition
The terms "User," "Customer," "You," or "Your" refer to any individual, business, company, or organization using the B2BExpertzone Platform to create, publish, promote, or manage advertising, marketing, or promotional content.

Promotional Content Standards
All advertisements, promotional campaigns, business offers, banners, product promotions, and marketing materials submitted on the B2BExpertzone Platform must be accurate, authentic, lawful, and professionally presented. Users must not publish misleading claims, false information, inappropriate content, or promotional material that violates applicable laws or Platform policies.

User Responsibility for Advertising Materials

Users may use such resources only for authorized Platform activities and are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use them outside the Platform without prior written permission.

Buyer & Seller Promotional Responsibilities

Buyers and Sellers must ensure that all promotional information is genuine, transparent, and accurately represents their requirements, products, or services.

Content Review & Platform Control
B2BExpertzone reserves the right to review, monitor, modify, restrict, or remove any advertising or promotional content that violates Platform policies, legal requirements, or community standards. The Company may also provide promotional tools, visibility options, and performance insights to help Users improve their marketing activities.

Compliance With Advertising Rules
By using advertising and promotional services on the B2BExpertzone Platform, Users agree to follow all applicable advertising standards, maintain transparency in their communications, and ensure that their promotional activities do not mislead or harm other Users.

Service Availability Disclaimer
The B2BExpertzone Platform and its services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable services, B2BExpertzone does not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or completely accurate. Users acknowledge that they access and use the Platform at their own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Company Liability
B2BExpertzone shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of the Platform, reliance on information available on the Platform, or interactions between Users. User Responsibility & Protection of Platform
Users agree to use the B2BExpertzone Platform responsibly and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Platform policies. Users shall be responsible for their actions, uploaded content, business dealings, and communications with other Users. Users agree to protect and indemnify B2BExpertzone, its directors, employees, partners, affiliates, and representatives against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or legal costs arising from:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Misuse of Platform services.
- User-generated content or information provided by the User.
- Transactions or disputes with other Users or third parties.

User Compliance Obligation
By accessing or using the B2BExpertzone Platform, Users acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information, maintaining account security, and conducting proper verification before entering into any business relationship. Users must take appropriate precautions while communicating, sharing information, or completing transactions through the Platform.

Suspension or termination of an account does not limit the right of B2BExpertzone to take further action, including legal or regulatory measures, if required to protect its interests or comply with applicable laws.
